Senator Shelly Moore Capito along with the USDA Representative from Washington DC presented the Central WV Development Association LLC (includes Barbour, Randolph & Upshur Counties EDA) a $3M Community Connect Grant to be used to bring broadband to these counties. This will enhance what they currently have and/or add new service to the areas. Micrologic will be providing the service. Special thanks to all of the land owners who donated their land for placement of a tower.
